I thoroughly enjoyed my big-sized room with a balcony. the location was good, just a 10-15 minute walk from Gautam Talav Lake. It was also near to Trimbak Temple and Bazar.

Excellent service, convenient location, and clean rooms. We were impressed by the attentive and welcoming staff of the hotel. They made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location was also very convenient, as it was located just a few minutes away from the main attraction of this city. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
It was all superb. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service and amenities.

The room at Dhruv Palace was not up to the mark, with no intercom inside and cleanliness issues. However, the staff were responsive when called multiple times regarding payment. I still recommend this hotel.

The veg restaurant was awesome. Comfortable rooms, even in dormitories. Professional and easily accessible staff. Great value for money. Superb location, close to the Temple. Good facilities and services. Responsive owner. a happy and satisfactory stay.
